Infant Lead Teacher
The Infant Lead Teacher is responsible for providing high‑quality, responsive care for infants ages 4 weeks to 11 months while ensuring full compliance with Washington State licensing (WAC 110‑300). This role leads the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum, supports individualized care routines, and maintains a safe, predictable environment that promotes healthy attachment and early learning. The Infant Lead Teacher oversees daily classroom operations, guides assistant teachers, and upholds consistent health, safety, and documentation practices. Strong communication with families, attention to detail, and a commitment to nurturing relationships are essential to success in this role.
Infant Assistant Teacher
The Infant Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of infants by assisting lead teachers with caregiving routines, classroom activities, and environmental maintenance. This role helps ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment while following Washington State licensing requirements and center policies. The Infant Assistant Teacher contributes to responsive interactions, consistent routines, and positive communication with families and team members.
Toddler Lead Teacher
The Toddler Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 12–36 months while ensuring compliance with Washington State licensing (WAC 110‑300). This role supports children’s emerging independence, language development, and social‑emotional growth through intentional teaching and consistent routines. The Toddler Lead Teacher maintains a safe, engaging classroom environment, guides assistant teachers, and fosters strong communication with families.
Toddler Assistant Teacher
The Toddler Assistant Teacher supports the toddler classroom by assisting with curriculum activities, caregiving routines, and daily classroom operations. This role helps maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally supportive environment while ensuring active supervision and adherence to licensing requirements. The Toddler Assistant Teacher contributes to positive guidance, family communication, and collaborative teamwork within the classroom.
